Subscription issue bought through app.

If you have just purchased a subscription or recently renewed via an app store, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. Identify which app you made your original purchase (Formula 1 app or F1 TV App), if you are not sure you can check the app store receipt you received at the time.
2. Login to the app where you made you original purchase.
3. Click Menu > Restore Purchase

In some circumstances there may be a problem with your third-party account, for example, an issue with your payment card. We recommend checking, fixing, and then attempting these steps again.
